The festive season is upon us once again and with only 10 sleeps to go until the big day it's time for me to start thinking about putting my needles away until the New Year.

This Christmas I'll be closing slightly earlier due to family commitments so orders must be received before 12 noon on Friday, December 19th if they are to be despatched before the break, any orders received after the cut off will be despatched when I return on Tuesday, December 29th.  I'll be posting as usual on December 29th and 30th before putting my feet up for another few days over New Year, lucky me!   Normal service will resume on Monday, January 4th.

Please feel free to get in touch with any queries or comments, I can't promise an instant reply as my internet access will be limited over the next couple of weeks but I will do my best to reply to all messages within 24 hours.

To avoid delays during the recently announced period of national strike action you can now choose to upgrade your delivery for a small fee.

If you would like your parcel to be delivered to your home/work address or any other residential/commercial address then you can now upgrade to Special Delivery for a flat fee of £5.

Please note that if you select to have your parcel sent via Special Delivery then you will need to ensure that someone is available to sign for your package.

Alternatively you can choose to have your parcel delivered to a Collect+ store for a flat fee of £4, where it will be held for collection for a period of 10 days.  For further information on Collect+ and to find your local Collect+ store, please visit: www.collectplus.co.uk.

All non-upgraded deliveries will continue to be sent First Class however no parcels (other than those sent via Special Delivery/Collect+) will be despatched during the national strike (22/23 October).

Apologies for any inconvenience.

Kind regards

Alison
