Delivery charges - UK
£1 per order
I almost always dispatch within one working day, and usually the same day for orders placed before lunch. For UK I use Royal Mail first class which is usually next-day delivery.
Delivery charges - Europe and the rest of the world
With apologies to the rest of the world, I have reluctantly had to stop posting anything overseas.
If you're outside the UK, please don't order, I'll have to return your money.
Your security
I will hold your information securely and only use it for the purpose it was given. I will never pass it on to anyone else for any reason.
I offer Paypal as a payment method. This is a safe and easy way to pay.
You will see a padlock in your browser when you are paying indicating that your information is being sent securely. I will not see your card detais, just receive a notification that you have paid.
Paypal will email you a receipt - please keep this as a record of your payment. I will send you a personal email when the parcel is ready or has been dispatched.
Returns
My mission statement is to make happy customers, and so I aim to be as fair and reasonable as I can. If an item isn't as expected for any reason then please contact me. I'll try to resolve any problem as quickly and fairly as possible.
